B&B have invested heavily to make sure we have the team, machines and contacts to in order us to supply your components complete. This saves you time, money and effort and allows for greater quality control.

Materials Sourced

B&B are able to source all the materials needed to manufacture your parts. We work with a select group of trusted and cost conscience suppliers to enable us to procure the necessary materials at good value prices. We can also provide all documentation and material certificates where requested and provide full traceability.

Components Machined

Working from your drawings B&B can provide full CNC machining of small to medium sized components. We work on a wide breath of different components, often with intricate geometries and tight tolerances involved. We have 27 machines on site that enable us to offer CNC Milling, CNC Turning, CNC Grinding, EDM Wire Eroding and Lapping.

Metal Finishing

B&B work with a small selection of suppliers to provide Metal Finishing services such as Heat Treatment, Electro-plating or Specialist Coating.

Alongside this we also have our own in-house capacity for HVOF applied coatings. Often used in High Wear and High Corrosion Environments this process can be used to coat in Tungsten Carbide, Stellite, Chromium Oxide, Inconel and more. We are able to Seal, Grind and Lap to Finish.

Delivered Securely

All parts are properly packed before delivery and we have our own transport for local customers. We regularly serve customers throughout the UK and have long term relationships with a number of couriers. Location is not an issue.
